The ceremony site can only be reached by taking the cabriolet.

The cabriolet is wheelchair accessible. When you arrive, please notify the lift attendant at the base of the lift, and they will gladly assist you onto the lift.

In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Red Tail Lodge. Staff will be onsite to guide and inform guests of any location changes.

Everything is at one location so shuttles and cars are not needed.

Guests staying at the hotel should check in first. At check-in, you will be provided with a code to enter the parking garage located under the hotel. Guests who are not staying in the hotel should park in the parking lot located in front of the Red Tail Lodge.

There are no bathrooms on top of the mountain so please make sure you use the bathroom before you load the cabriolet.

Formal attire is requested. Please note the cabriolet flooring has openings, so thicker heels are recommended. Flip-flops will be available at the base of the cabriolet from your convenience.
